Please note:

  • We will send you a code and a link for you to activate your subscription. That means you'll be able to start it when you're good and ready or if you're buying someone a gift they can start it once they have received the machine. Easy.
  • Coffee is delivered every 2 weeks.

1kg of coffee makes approximately 50 double shots of espresso - just how you'd have them in the cafe.

still waiting for my order

I ordered a Breville coffee machine and grinder, and coffee beans from Flight coffee three weeks ago and still have not received my order. I emailed multiple times and did not get a response, finally I called them. They told me that the Breville machines were on their way and that they would send the coffee beans immediately. They had clearly completely forgot about my order but did not apologise. I got the coffee beans the next day but they are completely useless without the machines which still have not arrived. I haven't been supplied with a tracking number for these expensive items. I have yet to receive an apology from flight coffee. Clearly, I am getting impaitent.

BOMBER BLEND

Smooth, juicy, and sweet

Bomber. The original. The one and only. If you've visited one of our customers across NZ, you'll most likely have tasted our firstborn. It all started back in 2009, when we sat around a campfire and talked about what we'd love to see in our dream blend, out there representing us in the cafes and on the streets. Big sweetness, sparkling acidity, and creamy mouthful were all agreed upon. And of course, a blend that black and white coffee drinkers could happily and equally appreciate.

Featuring coffees from Rwanda, Colombia, and Timor-Leste.

B2 BLEND

Punchy, bold, and sweet

B2 is designed for those who love strong coffee with milk. We spent a few weeks experimenting with different ratios, blends, and varieties, until one day, some bright-spark suggested we simply take Bomber and roast it further to intensify the sweetness and body. Aforementioned bright-spark was promoted, and B2 was born.

We highly recommend B2 for espresso, and if you're after notes of tasty dark chocolate go with the French Press.

Designed for espresso, and for all the deep, bold, and strong coffee lovers out there.

Over the past nine years, we’ve brewed many coffees, tasted many more, and played around with a whole lot of roasting styles. On top of that, we've had a few tasty beer collaborations over the last few years. That got us thinking more and more about different flavours, different styles, and how craft brewers offer such a varied range and style of beers, but yet they’re all delicious in their own right. 

There’s no ‘one way’ to ‘do’ coffee or one coffee that everyone will enjoy. So we’re always looking, tasting, roasting, sourcing and challenging ourselves to try new things and to better ourselves and the coffee we grow, roast, and brew. 

Cue Thunderbolt. It's a bit different than our other blends. It's our rustic blend, yet it's finessed; punchy and delicious. It‘s like the stout of our coffee blends. We’ve crafted this blend to give that kick that so many love while retaining Flight Coffee's quality and social impact at origin due to our stable pricing buying system (always ask us about this).
